Order Cancellation
You will not be penalized for canceling your order. You must cancel your order 24 hours after creation to apply the cancellation. Orders cannot be canceled once they've been sent out, so please remember that when deciding to place an order.
Return
Shopping with us should be fun and rewarding. We're pleased to offer free returns (no re-stocking fee) on all purchases made within 7 days of when the items were delivered to you.
In order for an item to qualify for a return, it must be in the same condition that you received it – unused and completely functional, with manuals and all the accessories, and in its original packaging.
Please be aware that the cost of sending back a package will fall to the buyer when he or she changes his/her mind after ordering and the delivery fee is non-refundable. Buyer please kindly prepare the return delivery label.
To start a return, please email customer service at info@simplevery.com with your order number and we will provide you with instructions from there.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, you'll be notified of the outcome via email. Approved refunds will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days from when we approve it. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, however - so make sure there isn't an abnormally long period passing before you contact us at info@simplevery.com about a possible problem.
Damages and other issues
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. All of our items are shipped with appropriate care and attention to avoid damages during transit. Occasionally, there can be a mistake made by the mail carrier when they mishandle packages--we assure you that these types of mistakes happen very rarely. In these cases, we will replace your order at no cost to you after confirming the product is indeed defective. Our goal is always to make sure all of our customers are happy; please let us know how we can assist you further if need be.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is by returning the item you had originally purchased and then making a new purchase for the desired product.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
